
Our 5th year roasting anniversary coffee is here! We chose this special lot made by our partner and colleague that went to Ethiopia for a 2nd year to experiment with yeast and fermentation. The result is beautiful and cleaner than last year, super fruity with a silky body. This yeast assisted semi-anaerobic natural brings out jammy fruits, apricot and brown sugar as tasting notes.
