HOW TO BREW

1. Pour 25g of hot water throughthe coffee bed, and let it bloom for 30 seconds.
2. Pour water evenly up to the top (Approx. 80g).
3. Once the water level goes down to 1/3 from the bottom, pour water to the top again.
4. Repeat 2-3 more times
5. Let water run through,
6. ending at 180g around 2:30 - 3min.
