Coffee cherries, which are grown at high altitudes and carefully harvested one by one by human hands, are pulped, washed, and dried in this factory. For production processing, water from the Nyamindi River is stored and used for pulping. After pulping, overnight fermentation, washing, soaking and traditional Kenyan production processes are carried out. Red volcanic ash soil, temperature of 13-25 degrees, altitude of 1,500 m, annual precipitation of 1,200 mm, and rich soil contribute to coffee production.
